These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and giok4d. By registering an account or placing any bet on our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all provisions set out below. Please read this document carefully before proceeding.

giok4d processes standard withdrawal requests to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) within three minutes on average. We charge no withdrawal fees on standard transactions.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. Where the context so requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

Age Restriction — Strictly Enforced: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any Service on giok4d. We apply a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any account discovered to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be permanently closed and all associated funds will be handled in accordance with our responsible gaming obligations.
To be eligible to register and maintain an account with giok4d, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
giok4d's services are principally directed at players resident in Indonesia. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your personal jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you confirm this assessment and accept full responsibility for compliance with applicable local laws.
Each individual may hold one account only. The opening of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. Upon discovering duplicate accounts, giok4d reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all associated bets and bonus transactions, and permanently bar the individual from re-registering.
During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, and a valid email address. You are prohibited from registering using false, borrowed, or fictitious details.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — specifically your username and password. giok4d will never ask you to share your password with any member of our team. You must notify us immediately at support@giok4d.cam if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. giok4d shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you failed to safeguard your credentials with reasonable care.
Account registration is free of charge. giok4d does not charge any fee for opening, maintaining, or closing a player account. We reserve the right to decline any registration application at our sole discretion without providing a reason.
All Members are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before making their first withdrawal. giok4d may also request verification at any time during the account lifecycle at its reasonable discretion, including when unusual transaction activity is detected.

All transactions on giok4d are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:
Deposits: All deposits are credited to your account wallet in real time, subject to the payment provider's own processing speed. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. giok4d does not charge a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which giok4d bears no responsibility.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by our payments team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Standard processing time to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri accounts is under three minutes during normal operations. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. giok4d does not charge a standard withdrawal fee. Any Member who has received a bonus must satisfy the associated wagering requirements in full before a withdrawal request will be approved.
Withdrawal Conditions: Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in the same name as the giok4d account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. giok4d reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems to require further review.
Important: giok4d will never be liable for delays caused by bank or e-wallet processing systems outside our direct control, including scheduled maintenance windows, bank holidays, or payment network outages. All times quoted are estimates and not guarantees.
giok4d offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:
giok4d regularly offers seasonal promotions aligned with major Indonesian cultural and sporting events, including BRI Liga 1 matchday specials, Idul Fitri bonus campaigns, Ramadhan promotions, and the Piala AFF tournament series. Terms specific to each promotion supersede the general bonus terms set out in this clause where the two conflict.

Where required by applicable international regulations, giok4d will report suspicious financial activity to the relevant competent authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
All content on the giok4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, software, website design, graphics, text, data feeds, odds compilations, and game content — is either owned by giok4d or licensed to giok4d by its content and technology partners. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming entertainment. This license does not include the right to:
Any unauthorized use of giok4d's intellectual property may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable international intellectual property laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, giok4d and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
In any event, giok4d's total aggregate liability to any individual Member in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits giok4d's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.
giok4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
In summary, giok4d collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and the delivery of personalized promotional communications where you have given your consent. We do not sell or rent your personal data to unauthorized third parties.
giok4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active Members by email to the address registered on their account and by publishing a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your account. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of the applicable KYC requirements and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering obligations.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which giok4d holds its international gaming license. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process (see Clause 14) shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the licensing jurisdiction.
